    DURATION: Permanent, Full Time
    SALARY: $60,000 to $65,000
  • LOCATION: Montreal

    We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to supervise the National Experience and to be responsible for the delivery and overall success of Katimavik's flagship Program.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    · Ensure the operational Program objectives align with Katimavik's strategic vision.
    · Ensure Program components are attained and enact strategies to remediate any shortcomings.
    · Manage risk and crisis resolution for the Program.
    · Develop tools and workshops for Participants and staff to use in achieving Katimavik's objectives.
    · Manage Program staff and staff training.
    · Plan, oversee, evaluate, and implement advancement strategies.
    · Oversee ongoing Program operations, budgets, and Participant development.
    · Support, where required, fund-related proposals and fundraising activities.
    · Develop messaging for the Program experience and for recruitment campaigns.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

    ·   You are a strategic thinker, with a strong business acumen.
    ·   You have previous Program Manager experience.
    ·    You are a people motivator, who models proactive leadership.
      ·  You have an analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
    ·     You enjoy facing challenges head on and finding solutions.
    ·      You have a thorough understanding of program/project management techniques and methods (best practices).
    ·   You understand and can analyze performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
    ·    You are fully bilingual.
